Substrate preparation
Traditional cement-based substrates must have sufficient maturity (28 days at a temperature of 23°C and 40% RH). Supports must be flat, mechanically stable, and functional. The support must be clean, free of any foreign substance such as paints, oils, varnishes and materials preventing adhesion, etc. Cleaning is done manually or mechanically. The maturity, for new coatings, must be at least one week per centimeter of thickness before.
